The University of Arizona will be co-hosting the 2019 Mexico Conference.
Co-hosts are the core institutional partners of the conference. They cooperate with the Earth System Governance Project on content, organisation, and communication of the conference, and are providing substantial support to the organization of the conference.
The University of Arizona (UA) is located in Tucson, Arizona, just 60 miles north of the border with Mexico. Across the university, many faculty and departments work on environmental issues and earth system governance including in the School of Geography and Development, the Institute of the Environment, the Center for Latin American Studies and the Udall Center for Public Policy. Many programs connect UA to Latin America with many collaborations with Mexico on border and environmental issues.
