Kathrin Dombrowski

Kathrin Dombrowski is a PhD student in the International Relations Department at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). In her PhD project she is researching the potential for environmental NGOs and NGO networks to act as democratic links local communities and global policy-making processes. Her research interests include forms of democratic participation in global politics, global environmental governance and the legitimacy of international institutions. At LSE she has taught courses on International Organisations and on the global politics of the environment. Kathrin also holds an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge (Distinction) and a BSc in International Relations from the LSE (First Class Honours).
