Lisa Sanderink is a researcher and PhD candidate in the department of Environmental Policy Analysis at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM), Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Her interests lie with global environmental governance, particularly in the fields of climate change and energy. Her research focuses on understanding the institutional complexity of global climate and energy governance, with a special interest in deconstructing frames and institutional linkages within the renewable energy domain.

She is a member of the CLIMENGO project funded by the Swedish Energy Agency, and prior joining IVM she obtained a BA in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam and a MSc Environment and Resource Management at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
