Getting here

By plane
There are direct flights to Bratislava Airport. Bratislava airport can be reached from the city centre in 20 minutes. To get to the city center you can take the bus no. 61 to the main train station, a taxi (do not forget to ask about the price in advance) or you can use the UBER app which is cheaper than a taxi. Transfer at the BUS stop Pod stanicou (Predstaničné námestie) stop to bus no. 32, exit at the Zoologická záhrada stop (approx. 15 minutes). From there it is about 10 minutes on foot (see Map).

The airport at Vienna-Schwechat is only 40 kilometres west of Bratislava and Slovaks mainly use it for long-haul flights. It is one of the main gateways to Slovakia. Buses to Bratislava depart at 30 to 60-minute intervals. Tickets can be bought on the bus or online in advance: Slovak Lines or Flixbus.

By train
Bratislava connects to the main lines from Prague, Budapest, Vienna and various regions in Slovakia. Bratislava has two railway stations – the Main Station and Petržalka. The Main Station is well connected to the rest of the city via trams, buses or trolleybuses. Timetable can be found here. Bus no. 32 from the Main Station. Exit at the Zoologická záhrada stop (approx. 15 minutes). From there it is about 10 minutes by walk (see Map).

The passenger is obliged to buy their ticket from: vending machines at the stops; newspaper stands, kiosks or in the DPB a.s. sales departments before boarding the vehicle. At their first boarding the passenger must mark the ticket in the nearest ticket punch. Unmarked tickets are invalid.

The Pečniansky Forest is accessible on foot about 25 minutes from the conference venue. A bridge leads across the Danube, where there is a pedestrian walkway. On the other side there is a dam for pedestrians, skaters and cyclists
