Registration

1 July 2023 was the deadline for presenting authors of accepted abstracts to register to be included in the Conference Programme. If the presenting author has not registered by this date (or another registered co-author has been assigned as presenting author), the accepted abstract will be removed from the conference programme.

The following details are important to note before registering via the conference platform ‘Conftool’. Please contact us at rc2023@earthsystemgovernance.org if you have questions.

Please note the following important information:

All participants, including speakers and co-organizers, must register to participate in and attend the conference. Registration is only when full payment of the registration fee is received.

Registration is done via Conference Platform, ConfTool, the same platform used for the abstract submission and review processes. If you have submitted an abstract and/or reviewed abstracts for the conference, you will need to use the same login information you used earlier. See the buttons below for further information about fee structure, terms of registration, and payment methods; the format of the Conference and Conference Platform.

Please also note: local excursions are organised by the team on Monday and Friday of the conference. Further ticket details will be available closer to the event. For now, incorporate these into your travel considerations, if you are interested in seeing local sights with fellow conference attendees.

2022 opening plenary of #ESG2022

The official opening session of the 2022 Toronto Conference on Earth System Governance was hosted at the conference venue and streamed live to virtual attendees.

This conference was opened by the Conference Chairs, and the Oran R. Young Prize for best early career paper was presented.

The keynote presentation was by Tzeporah Berman: “Oil Politics in a World on Fire”
