Conference Hybrid Format

Many virtual components of the conference are also available for global access, with hybrid access available for panels and innovative sessions when requested in advance. If you plan to present online, register for a virtual ticket.

Two tickets are available for those interested in participating in the conference: Full Registration and Virtual Registration.

  • Full Registration tickets are for participants who wish to attend the conference in The Netherlands. This package provides access to all sessions of the conference programme including online access. It includes coffee, tea & snacks throughout the conference, lunch on every conference day, the reception on Tuesday, and the dinner on Wednesday.
  • Virtual Registration tickets are for those who wish to attend remotely and present virtually, and are offered at a substantially reduced price. With this ticket, you can access any session that is held in hybrid format. This includes the opening, closing, semi-plenary sessions, as well as an estimated 50% of the innovative session and parallel-panel programme. It will not be possible to stream all parallel-panel and innovative sessions.
    • We hope to stream some elements of the South-South Dialogues and Early Career Events for those with online tickets. Depending on the taskforce, taskforce conveners might also decide to host online or hybrid meetings.

  • Parallel Panels and Innovative Sessions can be held in hybrid form.
  • If you opt for hybrid, at least two presenters and a chair should be present and registered for in-person attendance at the conference venue.
  • Please notify the coordinator of the panel to confirm the status of your registration.
  • Panels will only be made available online if they have notified the conference organizers of the conference format well in advance to provide the necessary facilities.

The deadline for registering for presenting authors is July 1st. This enables the program schedule’s release by the summer’s end.
