Registration
Please note that registration for the conference has closed.
All participants, including speakers and co-hosts, must register to attend the conference. Registration is only complete once full payment of the registration fee has been received.
Registration is completed via the University of Bath online store. As this is a separate platform not linked to ConfTool, participants who have submitted an abstract and/or reviewed abstracts are asked to use the same email address as previously used for ConfTool.
Registration deadlines
Deadline for early bird registration: Extended to 22 May 2026
Deadline for presenter registration: 3 July 2026
N.B. If the presenting author has not registered or informed the organizers of a replacement by this date, the accepted abstract will be removed from the conference programme.
Deadline for all registration: 7 August 2026
Cancellation policy
Until 7 August 2026: 100% refund of the ticket price.
From 8 to 20 August 2026: 50% refund of the ticket price.
After 20 August 2026: no refund.
Requests to switch from an in-person ticket to an online ticket can be accommodated where possible; however, no refund will be available in such cases.
