Registration

All participants, including speakers and co-hosts, must register to attend the conference. Registration is only complete once full payment of the registration fee has been received. 

Registration is completed via the University of Bath online store. As this is a separate platform not linked to ConfTool, participants who have submitted an abstract and/or reviewed abstracts are asked to use the same email address as previously used for ConfTool. 

Registration deadlines

Deadline for early bird registration: 15 May 2026 

Deadline for presenter registration: 3 July 2026

N.B. If the presenting author has not registered or informed the organizers of a replacement by this date, the accepted abstract will be removed from the conference programme. 

Deadline for all registration: 7 August 2026

Looking back at #TCESG2025

During four days in August 2025, more than 400 participants from over 70 countries came together in Johannesburg for TC/ESG 2025, a joint conference organized by the Earth System Governance Project, the Transformations Community and the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, dedicated to navigating sustainability transformations toward justice and equity.
