The Central European University (CEU) summer school is an annual program for graduate students, junior or post-doctoral researchers, teachers and professionals, held in Budapest, Hungary. The summer schools combine a blend of theoretical and practical sessions, where both natural and social science streams are explored, with emphasis on multi- and trans-disciplinary perspectives and the demonstration of policy and management implications. The Earth System Governance Project has been involved in many of the CEU courses as co-organizer or through endorsement as well as by providing guest-lecturers and faculty.
