Input to the Annual Report 2025

We hope you had a productive and collaborative year as a key group of the ESG network!

All key ESG groups (Taskforces, Working Groups, Research Centres, South-South Initiative, and the Early Career Committee) are required to submit concise annual updates to the International Office (IO) of the ESG Project, summarizing their activities and publications from the past year. The purpose is to gather relevant information for the ESG Project’s Annual Report, highlight your group’s achievements, and help the IO prepare for updates to the groups’ webpages as well as gain an overview of upcoming activities, enabling better coordination and support.

Please provide details on all major events, publications, or educational activities in which your group was involved in during the calendar year 2025, as well as your plans for 2026.

To give you an idea of the type of information typically included in the ESG Project’s Annual Report, please have a look at the 2024 Report.

In addition to collecting input for the 2025 Annual Report, this form will also be used to update contact details for all current and active conveners and will serve as input for the upcoming review of key groups.

Kindly complete this form by 15 March 2026 at the latest. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the International Office at ipo@earthsystemgovernance.org.

Kindly provide the names and email address of ALL CURRENT and ACTIVE CONVENERs or KEY LIAISON PERSONS for your ESG group that will remain active in 2026. People and emails not listed here will be REMOVED from the IO's contact lists.
