Call for applications for the Research School within the Mistra Geopolitics program

Mistra Geopolitics offers financial support to PhD students to spend a semester as guest researchers within the program. The aim of the support is to strengthen the links with partner organizations and to enable PhD students from low or middle income countries to spend a semester in Sweden and take part of the course work and activities of Mistra Geopolitics Research School.

Mistra Geopolitics is a research program with the overall goal to critically explore the interaction between geopolitics, human security and global environmental change. In a world characterized by growing uncertainties, the program will be able to contribute with new knowledge while demonstrating opportunities created by innovation and technological development in a number of areas. The program brings together diverse disciplines and research approaches spanning peace and conflict; human security; global environmental governance; global environmental change; and the effectiveness of domestic, regional, and global policy-making.

Application deadline: 1 February 2018.
