The Early Career Committee provides a supportive platform to address both professional and personal challenges of early career researchers. It facilitates peer exchange, collaboration, networking, and the sharing of resources and experiences, including guidance from mid-career and senior scholars, as well as from fellow early-career researchers. Key activities for early career researchers within the ESG network include the Early Career Day at the annual conference and the Mentoring Initiative.
