Andrea is an MSc student in Social Science Research (Global Environmental Governance) at the VU University Amsterdam, and intern at the Institute for Environmental Studies and the Earth System Governance International Project Office. She assists the project in the coordination of the International Environmental Governance (IEG) initiative, especially in communication, outreach, information management.
Her research interests include the role of norms in international environmental institutions and environmental discourses, accountability and legitimacy, as well as inclusiveness. She holds a Bachelor in European Studies and a minor in International Human Rights Law.
