I am a PhD candidate from the Politics and Public Administration Department of The University of Hong Kong. My research concerns institutionalism, collaborative governance, and urban sustainability. I am currently studying urban commoning and energy transitions in Taiwan. I previously wrote about the governance of climate change and sustainable development in Mainland China and Hong Kong. I earned a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in politics and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in government & public administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
