I am a Senior Research Fellow committed to advancing sustainability through applied research that bridges science, policy, and practice. With a background in socio-ecological and complex systems thinking, at SEI’s Asia Centre I am the Science Director as well as the team leader for our Gender and Environmental Justice research cluster. With extensive experience leading interdisciplinary and participatory research across countries and organizations, I contribute to work that surfaces diverse perspectives, power relations and strengthens equity in decision making. I am passionate about building collaborative learning environments and producing rigorous, impactful knowledge that informs governance innovations for sustainable futures
