Dr. Edmond Sanganyado

About

Edmond Sanganyado is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Forensics in the Department of Applied Sciences at Northumbria University. He was previously an Associate Professor at Shantou University. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California Riverside and BSc in Applied Chemistry from National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe.

His research focuses on the impact of human activities on the environment. He has published more than 50 research papers in reputable international journals. Edmond is an Associate Editor for the Frontiers in Water, and an Editorial Board Member for BMC Chemistry, Communications Earth & Environment, and Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management. He was recently elected as a Fellow of the Institution of Environmental Sciences and also a member of the Global Young Academy.
