Endrius Cocciolo (PhD cum Laude, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, 2006) is Associate Professor of Administrative and Energy Law at Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) and Researcher at the Tarragona Centre for Environmental Legal Studies – CEDAT (Spain). He was Jose Castillejo Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fordham Law – New York.
He is currently serving as Academic Director of the Interuniversity Master of Law of Public Administration organized by URV and the University of Zaragoza and as a member of the Research Committee of the International Union for Conservation of Nature–Academy of Environmental Law (IUCN-AEL). Endrius’ current research focuses on Earth System Law, Energy and Climate Law&Policy, Energy and Financial Global Crisis, and Critical Legal Theory.
