I am an economist and political scientist working on sustainability governance and scientific and technological policies. I currently work as a Strategic Analyst of Science, Technology, and Innovation at the main funding agency of the Brazilian Federal government, FINEP. I am also a visiting researcher at Utrecht University. I completed my PhD in Public Policy at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and defended a second doctoral thesis at the University of Münster, Germany. I have experience in governance and sustainability analysis, covering a range of topics in my research, including industrial policy, energy transition, environmental policy, bioeconomy, biodiversity economics, access to genetic resources, traditional knowledge, and benefit sharing, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals.
