Ha B. Vien is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at North Carolina State University, United States. Her research of interest focuses on Sustainability and Collective Action, Comparative Public Administration, Environmental Policy and Environmental Justice, and Research Methods. Recently, she started to examine the relationships and spillovers between Higher Education Institutions and metro area sustainability performance. Originally from Vietnam, Ha got her MPA from Indiana University Bloomington (US), concentrated on Public Policy Analysis and International Development, that has equipped her with quantitative and qualitative research skills. She also consulted for Vietnam Government and World Bank (i.e. IFC) in Vietnam during her study at Indiana University Bloomington.
