Dr. Chung is an Associate Professor in National Taiwan Ocean University. She obtained her PhD on the topic of social justice and equity in marine protected area governance from the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS) in the University of Wollongong. Her research focuses on developing legal frameworks and policies to ensure the future of marine biodiversity and equitable and just society.
