James is a PhD Candidate on the Leverhulme Sustainable Transitions Doctoral Training Programme at the University of Essex (UK). His interdisciplinary research examines how climate misinformation impacts politics and commerce globally. James holds two MSc degrees in social and political philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and the London School of Economics. At Essex, James is based in the Department of Government (Political Science). He is also a Research Associate at the Oxford Computation Political Science Group (OCPSG) and a Coase Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
