About

I am a PhD candidate in Global Public Policy at Fudan University and a visiting doctoral researcher at Heidelberg University. My research sits at the intersection of global political economy, climate change, and development. I study how climate- and development-related finance interacts with policy and institutions across different country contexts, with a particular interest in emerging donors and the Global South.
