I am an assistant professor in the Graduate Institute of National Development at National Taiwan University. I received my Ph.D. degree in Comparative Politics/International Relations from the Department of Government and Politics, University of Maryland, College Park (2021).

My research interests include Chinese politics, climate policies, global environmental politics, transnational governance, non-state actors, and international political economy. My current projects focus on the comparative politics of green finance and China’s influences on global governance.
