About

I am an early career social scientist working at the interface between policy and management of innovation aimed at addressing grand societal challenges, particularly with an empirical focus on green and digital transformations in developing countries. I examine the role of state from the perspective of industrial policy and STI policies and firm responses. My research interests also involve the role of political institutions in shaping the nature and modes of state intervention in governance of system change in Western democracies. Prior to joining Fraunhofer ISI, I accomplished my doctoral training at Oxford Department of International Development.
