Maria is a project intern working at the Earth System Governance International Project Office. Her focus is on administrative and research support related to the Sustainable Development Goals, and the maintenance of the website SDG.earthsystemgovernance.org. She is currently enrolled in the Lund University Bachelor of Science in Development Studies, majoring in political science and has specialized in environmental politics while doing her optional courses. Except for the Sustainable Development Goals, her research interests include management of biodiversity conservation and, more generally, obstacles to environmentalism.
