Nicole Harper is a student assistant in charge of communications at the Earth System Governance International Project Office. She is also an M.Sc. candidate in Environmental Management and Policy at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University. Nicole is an active leader in the academic and local community as vice-president of Lund University’s student-run environmental organization, Hållbart Universitet (Lund Students for Sustainability), which she represented at the Rio+20 Earth Summit in June 2012. Her research interests include sustainable consumption and production, new economics and design thinking. She specializes in internal and external communications, participatory leadership, co-creation, graphic facilitation, interdisciplinary project management and designing/implementing practical and innovative sustainability strategies.
