I am an architect and urban planner working at the intersection of environmental governance and material systems. My research examines how policy frameworks such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operate in practice, focusing on end-of-life plastics in Norwegian aquaculture.

Drawing on empirical case studies, I analyze how infrastructure, cost structures, and material conditions shape real-world implementation, often diverging from policy intent. I am particularly interested in how governance systems behave under constraint, and how environmental responsibility is carried through fragmented, spatially distributed processes.
