Sachin Siwakoti is a legal researcher working on questions of law, governance, and justice in the Global South. He holds an MPhil in Socio-Legal Research from the University of Oxford.

His work examines how legal institutions respond to complex forms of inequality, including those shaped by socio-economic conditions, identity, and environmental vulnerability. He is particularly interested in how courts, legislatures, and administrative bodies understand and engage with inequality, and how these interpretations shape broader governance outcomes.

His research and practice focus on institutional accountability, inclusive governance, and the role of law in addressing interconnected social and environmental challenges.
