Ting Guan

I am an associate professor at the School of Government at Beijing Normal University. I have previously been a Humboldt scholar, a German Chancellor Fellow, and a recipient of the ‘Green Talents’ award. My primary research focuses on the implementation processes of public policy, particularly in the field of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and carbon emission reduction. Currently, I am working on evaluating the effectiveness of SDGs implementation from a comparative perspective.
