Florian Vidal is an associate researcher at the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri). He is also a lecturer at the Lille Catholic University and an associate fellow at the Paris Interdisciplinary Energy Research Institute (LIED), Paris Cité University. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and specializes in the Arctic region and outer space in the Anthropocene context.
