Maya Bogers is a PhD candidate in Global Sustainability Governance within the GLOBALGOALS project. This project investigates the steering effects of the global goals, the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
She obtained her MSc in Innovation Sciences at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, where she specialised in quantitative models and network analysis to measure the effects of innovation and economic policies, at the regional, national and international level. Before returning to the Copernicus Institute, she worked for the Dutch government on international economic development projects in Africa, mainly private sector development and youth entrepreneurship.
In the GLOBALGOALS project, Maya will focus on network analyses, web data mining, and other quantitative models to assess the steering effects of the SDGs.
