Alexandru Luta is a Ph.D. Candidate at Tokyo Institute of Technology. Alex has worked at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and as a freelance advisor to Thomson Reuters analysing Japan's domestic and international climate policies for the last four years. His Ph.D. focuses on the influence of domestic political institutions on the introduction of renewable energy capacity in electricity markets in Japan.
