Natascha Trennepohl is a Brazilian Lawyer and PhD Candidate at Humboldt University, Berlin. Her research focuses on the legal framework of the carbon market and the climate governance in Brazil and Germany. She is member of the commission that regulates the voluntary carbon market in Brazil. She worked as a lecturer and has published books and articles on environmental and social issues. She studied in Brazil and obtained her MA in Environmental Law at the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC, and her BA in Law at the Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL.
